How will you rank changes that increases the market value of a house? e.g.bathroom remodel, kitchen,paint,etc?
In a residential property, if you are vacant to remodel any room or change whatever thing ,what are the changes which increase the promote value?
Arrange these changes from the highest return of investment to lowest. (Meaning for every dollar you spent in remodelling, how many dollar or percentage will it increase the promote value of the house)
I reflect it depends largely on what the house needs also. Kitchen, of course is digit 1 but if the living room is hideous, that won’t work either. I would work from where the people walk in the door back. Reflect of what you like to see when you walk in a home. HGTV has a few excellent series about this. Sell This House, Curb Appeal, etc.
